Its been a tumultuous 2 weeks! phew.
So, I was reading through some posts here and realized I've never blogged about my favorite snack!
At work, it gets pretty hectic and sometimes I need something quick to either keep me going til the end of the day or to replace my lunch. So, I found Back to Nature's Hi-Protein Crunch Cereal!
What do i do with it? I put it in my yogurt and go on my day!
It really does work for me, and I don't get hungry til about 4-5 hours later. Good snack, huh?
And I've had hypoglycemia and this combo definitely helps and prevents me from "crashing".
